Acceptance

By accessing or using our service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Our products

We sell digital live and static phone wallpapers. When you complete a purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased wallpaper on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the files.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment processing, billing, tax collection, invoicing and related customer service. Your payment relationship is with Paddle, and your statement may show a charge from Paddle alongside Dimension Dreams.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to: using the service for any unlawful purpose; infringing intellectual property rights; attempting to interfere with the security or availability of the service; scraping, reverse engineering or circumventing any access controls; and using false or misleading information when creating an account or making a purchase.

Your own photos and content

Our "Animate your own photo" feature processes images you choose entirely on your own device. You keep all rights in your photos, and you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, including permission from any people shown. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, deceptive (including deepfakes of real people), or that you have no right to use. Any styling or animation you generate is yours to use, subject to these Terms.

We may remove content, refuse or filter output, and restrict or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. If you believe content on our service infringes your rights, contact us at support@dimensionwallpapers.online and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeat infringement leads to permanent loss of access.

Intellectual property

All wallpapers, designs, branding, software and other content on the site are owned by Dimension Dreams or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a limited licence only; ownership remains with us.

Service level

We aim to keep the service available and error-free, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or remove wallpapers or features at any time.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay for purchases, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use policies. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, but any valid licences for wallpapers you have already purchased continue subject to the licence terms above.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimension Dreams is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dimension Dreams is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
